LitterLotto Salutes Guernsey Beach Volunteers for Collecting Over 48,000 Items of Litter

The Clean Earth Trust and their volunteers have done an incredible job collecting over 48,000 pieces of litter on Guernsey's beaches. We at LitterLotto salute their dedication to protecting the environment and taking action against plastic pollution.

Simon Jacobs, CMO of LitterLotto, says, "We believe that small actions can make a big difference. Our mission is to incentivise and reward people for picking up litter and properly disposing of it, in order to help reduce plastic pollution on beaches and around the world."

The CET's report is a testament to the urgent need for action to tackle plastic pollution. With 76% of the items being plastic and 33% of them being single-use plastic, we must do more to reduce our reliance on single-use plastics and properly dispose of plastic waste.

We stand with the Clean Earth Trust and their volunteers in their mission to create a cleaner, more sustainable world. At LitterLotto, we are committed to promoting and rewarding responsible litter disposal, and we encourage everyone to join us in this important fight against plastic pollution.

Together, we can make a difference, and every small action counts. Let's work together to protect our planet and create a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for generations to come.
